Sapphire Inset Gem

The Sapphire inset gem is a deep, rich blue in a rhodium-plated surround - classic and elegant, the kind of colour that never dates. September is actually my own birth month, so this one has always felt a little special to me - it's the birthstone for Virgo and it really is as beautiful as you'd expect. Sapphire carries associations with wisdom and loyalty, which gives it a quiet meaningfulness that goes beyond just the colour.
