Delivery and Returns
I want you to be happy with every order from Memory Lockets UK. Each piece is made with care and checked carefully before it leaves me, but if something isn't quite right, I'll always do my best to make it right.
-Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours, often sooner, and 98% of customers receive their order within 48 hours. Delivery is free on orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery is £4.50 via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is posted. I currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Need it faster? A next-day delivery option is available at checkout. Please note that orders placed after 1pm will be posted the following morning, and orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted on Monday morning. If you need urgent next-day delivery outside of these times, please message me on 07825 994156 and I'll do my best to get it to you - please be aware there may be an additional cost.
-Returns for faulty items
All lockets are covered by a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults, including loss of crystals, loose magnets, or fastening issues. If your item arrives faulty or develops a problem within this time, please email me at Pammi@Memorylockets.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. I'll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as I receive the item back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days of inspection.
-Returns for non-faulty items
Because every memory locket is assembled to your chosen design, I'm unable to accept returns for non-faulty or unwanted items once an order has been completed. Each piece is made especially for you, so please take care when choosing your locket style and charms. This means I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or items that have been worn. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, I'll always replace or refund it straight away.
-How to return a faulty item
Before posting anything back, please email me at Pammi@Memorylockets.shop so I can provide instructions and a return reference. I recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your refund or replacement has been confirmed.
