These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through memorylockets.shop and through our social media pages. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
-About us
Memory Lockets UK is a sole trader business operated by Pammi Moss, based in Lincoln, United Kingdom. You can contact me at Pammi@Memorylockets.shop or through the contact form on the website.
-Placing an order
By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that all details you provide are true and accurate. When you place an order and make payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when your items are dispatched to you.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, I will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
-Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. We currently accept PayPal. While every effort is made to ensure prices are accurate, if an error is found I will contact you before processing the order. You can then choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Discount codes may be offered from time to time and can only be used once per order unless otherwise stated.
-Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours, often sooner. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Free delivery on orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery is £4.50. Once dispatched, your order is your responsibility. If a delivery fails because the address provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
-Returns and refunds
All lockets are covered by a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults. I am unable to accept returns for non-faulty or unwanted items as every memory locket is assembled to your chosen design. For full returns details, please see our Delivery and Returns page.
If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please email me at Pammi@Memorylockets.shop within 7 working days of delivery so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Memory Lockets UK and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
-Third party links
This website may contain links to external sites. I have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
-Liability
Memory Lockets UK will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of goods, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question. I cannot be held responsible for delays once goods are in the possession of Royal Mail.
-Events beyond my control
I will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, postal strikes, or disruption to services.
-Changes to these terms
I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes means you accept the updated terms.
-Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
