In Memory Of My Son Charm

The In Memory of My Son Charm features a white enamel inlay - open and unadorned, asking nothing of the person who wears it except to remember. It is one of the most difficult charms in my entire collection to write about, because the loss it represents is beyond words.

I carry this charm because I know how much it matters to the people who need it, and I hope that wearing it inside a memory locket brings some small measure of comfort.
