How do I order my lockets?
To order your perfect locket simply browse through our products in our brand new look online shop or you can also visit us on our Facebook page HERE.
The majority of our work is done via messages on our Facebook page. This is because we don’t just put your Necklace / Bracelet and a selection of charms in a bag and send them to you. We pride ourselves on our 5* service. After all your locket is very personal to you and / or the person you are buying it for and it has to be perfect. We work with you on the arrangement and send you photos along the way if you like.. only when you are 100% happy with it do we finalise the order. If you are purchasing via our online store you will be sent a picture via email once your locket is completed (within 24 hours of ordering) so you can check that it's perfect. Once you have approved it or once 24 hours have passed we will send your locket straight to you via first class signed for delivery.
Please check our descriptions to
confirm how many charms each locket will hold. This will vary from locket to locket and also depending on the
size of each charm.
Example – our 30mm lockets hold between 5-7 charms.. this will vary should
small or large charms be ordered. Any left over charms will be sent with your
order allowing you to find the perfect combination.
How long is delivery?
Once you have approved your order or when 24 hours have passed from ordering it is packaged up securely and sent via Royal Mail 1st classed signed for delivery (Orders approved on a Friday afternoon are normally sent the following Monday). However if you approve your order in the morning we normally send the same day. 98% of our customers receive their orders within 48 hours.
All of our products are in stock and there is no waiting to choose / pack the order as you have already seen the finished product. Making it possible to ship to you quickly.
You are also provided with the tracking number straight away giving you peace of mind.
Returns policy
Our lockets are covered by a 12 month guarantee. Although sourced of the highest quality please be aware they are dress jewellery and should not be worn during exercise or sleep etc or in the shower.
Should any of the crystals become dislodged or the magnets / fastening become loose within 12 months just send back for a instant replacement.
Our lockets are not designed for children under the age of 8 due to the small parts and the glass of the locket face. We cannot be held responsible for any breakages caused by children, or by dropping the locket breaking the glass for example.
*PLEASE NOTE – Any reference to precious metal / gems are simply a reference to colour and not the actual material. Our lockets and charms, although the highest quality Rhodium plated or Stainless Steel.. are dress jewellery items.
