No, you can checkout as a guest - no account needed. But if you'd like to create one, it makes it easier to track your orders and save your details for next time.
-What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. Google Pay is coming soon.
-How do I order my locket?
You can order directly through the shop - just pick your locket, add your charms, and check out. If you'd prefer a more personal experience, you're welcome to message me on Facebook or Instagram and I'll help you design it step by step. I work with you on the arrangement and send you photos along the way - your locket only gets sent once you're 100% happy with it.
-What size locket should I choose, and how many charms will it hold?
Our 25mm lockets are petite and dainty, the 30mm is our most popular and holds around 5-7 charms, and the 35mm is our largest at around 7-9 charms. The exact number depends on the size of charms you pick - each product page tells you how many it holds. If you're not sure, message me and I'll help you decide. If any charms don't quite fit, they'll be sent alongside your locket so you can swap them in whenever you like.
-Can I change the charms in my locket after I receive it?
Yes, memory lockets are designed to be opened and changed whenever you like. You can swap charms in and out to suit different occasions or add new ones as your collection grows.
-What happens if a charm I ordered is out of stock?
This happens very rarely, but with over 740 charms to keep track of (and they are only small), occasionally one might have found a new home at my latest stall before the stock updated. If this happens, I'll always contact you to suggest an alternative. If nothing suits or you'd rather not swap, a full refund for that charm is processed straight away. It's important to me that you love your locket as much as I enjoyed making it for you.
-Do you gift wrap?
Your locket will arrive in a purple velveteen bag as standard. If you'd like a gift box upgrade, this is available at checkout.
-Can I add a photo to my locket?
Yes, you can personalise your memory locket with a photo using one of our round backplates. Just send me your photo by email, Facebook, or Instagram and I'll print and fit it for you. For the best results, please make sure your photo is high quality and clear - the better the image, the better it'll look in your locket. Please note I can't be held responsible for print quality if a low-resolution image is provided.
-Can I add a lock of hair to my locket?
Yes, a lock of hair can be placed inside your memory locket as a beautiful keepsake. Just let me know when you order and I'll advise you on the best way to send it.
-Can I add ashes to my locket?
Memory lockets aren't really suited for ashes, unfortunately. Because the charms move around freely inside the locket, loose ashes would get mixed in and it wouldn't look right. If you're looking for a memorial keepsake, a lock of hair or a photo backplate might be a lovely alternative.
-Why is delivery longer for sterling silver jewellery?
I'm delighted to have a relationship with a trusted UK supplier of high-quality sterling silver jewellery. Because these products aren't available to the public - which is how I can pass on such amazing prices to my customers - there's a slightly longer delivery time as I need to receive them first. Once they arrive, they're packaged up in my signature style and sent straight to you.
-How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free on orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery is £4.50 via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most orders are assembled and sent within 24 hours, and 98% of customers receive their order within 48 hours. You'll get a tracking number straight away.
-What is your returns policy?
All lockets come with a 12-month guarantee. If any crystals come loose or the magnets or fastenings develop a fault within 12 months, just send it back for an instant replacement.

Please note that memory lockets are dress jewellery and should be treated with care - they're not designed to be worn during exercise, sleep, or in the shower. Any references to precious metals or gems on the site refer to colour, not the actual material. Our lockets and charms are high-quality rhodium-plated or stainless steel.
Lockets contain small parts and glass and are not suitable for children under 8.
