Delivery information
All of our lockets are posted within 48 hours of ordering (Friday
orders are posted on Monday morning) and are sent 1st class signed for unless next day delivery is selected. When purchasing next day special delivery your locket will be sent out the same day if ordered before 12 noon. If ordered after that it will be sent out the following day Any orders placed with Special next day delivery after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent Monday morning.
You will be provided via text message (if a mobile number has been provided) or email your tracking number for your peace of mind.
Then all you need to do is wait for the postman to arrive
Returns policy
All of our lockets are covered by a 12 months return policy for any loss of crystals on the locket, locket failure etc. All of our lockets are made to the highest specification of Rhodium plated or Stainless Steel but in the rare event of a malfunction please contact us and upon receiving of the faulty item back we will replace it straight away.
We cannot be held liable to any damage caused by dropping, smashing or clumsiness resulting in breaking of the locket or loss of glass / charms.
